I recently installed Office 2003 on a new hard drive running Windows XP.
Today, every time I open the Outlook file I get a message as follows:

Outlook "C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application
Data\Microsoft\Add Ins\outlvba.dll" is not a valid Office Add In.

I cancel it and it appears to have no effect. Is it important? How do I get
rid of the regular announcement?
