Word locks up every time I open this template

I have a template created in Word 2000 with some custom
macros, and every time I try loading the template to
access the macros, Word (XP) locks up my PC (not just
Word) with no recourse but the 3-finger salute and End
Task. Is there a way to access the code page of this
template short of loading the file? Thanks in advance for
any help you can offer.

Hi Scot,

It sounds like your code is looping or something of the sort. To find out
what is going on , next time you load the template and it appears to be
stuck. press Ctrl-Break. That may force the code to suspend, and allow you
to see what's what.
