Changing "supertip" properties

I'm creating a custom add-in for Word 2007 containing cusotm macros, buttons,
etc. Many of the buttons include the supertip attribute, which displays some
custom text of my choosing, along with the name of the custom add-in and a
prompt to hit F1 for help - these latter items are displayed automatically.

2 questions:

1) Can the add-in name that appears in the supertip can be turned off/removed?

2) Hitting F1 goes to Office help instead of a custom help file for my
add-in. Is it possible to remove the F1 prompt or change it to point to my
cusotm help file?

Thanks
